Weber Spirit E310 Review

Oct 2, 2018 | Grills, Reviews

It’s hard to think about barbecue without bringing up Weber. The brand has been around since the 1950s with the original kettle grill. As technology has progressed, so has Weber. The Weber Spirit E-310 is one of Weber’s most sought-after models.

There is a lot to like about the grill. Let’s take a look at what makes this grill so special and why people are in such high spirits to buy one.

Weber Spirit E-310

Our Rating

The Weber Spirit E-310 is one of the most basic gas grills you can find. If you’re a beginner or someone who is after a reliable gas grill for your next home cookout then this is a great model. While it may be basic, it more than makes up for it in build quality and features.

Like other Weber grills, they are made in China. You may see this as a negative, but the overall construction of the E-310 is solid and definitely breaks the cheaply made china stereotype. The grill is made of cast aluminum, stainless steel (400 series), and porcelain-enameled cast-iron grates.

The E310 comes with a 3-burner setup. These three burners are stainless steel and are capable of 10,667 BTU each, combining for 32,000 BTU. These three burners heat the 424 square inches of cooking space. It also comes with another 105 square inches of “warming space.” I’ve never really found much use for warming racks, but the main cooking grate is respectable for a grill this size. You can feed most medium sized families easily with that much grilling space.

The grill also comes with several great accessories. A temperature gauge is located atop the hood, it comes iGrill 3 ready, durable all-weather wheels, side-tables, and tool hooks.

While the grills are constructed in China, the support is from the USA. You also get a great 10-year warranty. The support and warranty alone are great perks.

Weber has continued to be one of the frontrunners in the grilling industry. Their grills always perform nicely and this is reflected by their 10-year warranty. They are built to last and should serve your family for many years. Really the only con associated with this grill is the pricing for a relatively basic grill. While it does cost a bit more than other grills with the same features, I’d rather pay more for something that’s going to last me 2-5 years longer.

Happy Grillin’!
