The Best Meat Grinder of 2018

Aug 24, 2017 | Accessories

In the last few years, I must have tried almost every entry-level and top-line grinder out there. The experience was a mix and match for the most part. On one end, I was deeply saddened by the inferior products that I got for some hard to swallow numbers. On the other hand, I was able to lay my hands on some really good meat grinders, which had all kinds of thoughtful features without the high price tag. So, I won’t complain a lot about the money that I lost on the inferior meat grinders. Fortunately, there were no flares between my wife and me over these products since she was a partner in crime over here.

The last time we tried one of the meat grinders she chose, it gave up on us almost immediately. It started flashing lights pitilessly. As you may know, flashing lights are a universal sign of cardiac arrest for the majority of the kitchen appliances out there. I had hardly used this new unit, so it felt like a punch in the gut. The repair guy quoted a number that didn’t make sense to get the unit repaired. So, I had to forget this hardly used unit for good. A fool and his wallet can be easily parted, isn’t it? Anyways, let me give you a quick run-down of the best meat grinders out there on the market today so that you won’t have to go through all these hassles. So, let’s get started on the gems that I own.

My dad is a true mans man, and has owned a number of grills. Ranging from gas to charcoal. Growing up with him allowed me to see what different types of rubs, spices, brines, etc went into making the best BBQ. Although my dad was a truck driver, and I had a degree in Information Technology I knew that I wanted to do something about grilling and our recipes.  That’s where Barbeque Smoked comes in.
